4. Collection method and legal basis

Data is collected electronically via webtemagaza.com forms, checkout, phone, email and support channels. Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2 (contract, legal duty, legitimate interest) and consent where required.

5. Transfers

May be transferred to partners (payment, hosting, messaging) and competent authorities in line with KVKK.

6. Retention

Kept for statutory periods and while the purpose continues; then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
